  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
  • Promote CVS customer service culture.

Requirements

  • Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
  • Advanced communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Supervision and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
