Responsibilities

• Effectively optimize and manage company production schedule and team
• Oversee new project setup
• Manage project management team
• Oversee and manage job profitability and key metrics
• Coordinate and manage warranty claims
• Complete annual insurance renewals and audits
• Oversee customer service and graciously resolve customer complaints
• Manage online review platforms
• Manage internal feedback loop
• Conduct general HR activities including recruiting and training
• Orient new contractors and/or employees
• Recruit and build your team
• Manage all aspects of company financials including working with a 3rd party bookkeeper
• Approve expense reports
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Manage company credit card oversight
• Approve weekly subcontractor payouts
• Complete company payroll audit and commission files for accuracy

Requirements

• Ability to accurately summarize a company P&L statement
• Ability to swiftly root out problems and develop solutions
• Ability to prioritize and handle constantly changing priorities
• Ability to listen and acclimate to customer needs
• Ability to climb a ladder occasionally to inspect work
• Ability to effectively lead a team to desired results
• Office management experience is a must
