The Operations Manager at Saia Motor Freight Line LLC is responsible for leading and coordinating terminal employees to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality service to customers. This role involves inspiring the team, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel.
• Enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
• Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of LTL terminal operations supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of AS400.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
