About the position

The Operations Manager at Triple Shift Entertainment LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, ensuring that goals and objectives are met while embodying the company's core values of Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence. This role involves managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations.
  • Set performance goals and deadlines in alignment with company plans and communicate them to subordinates.
  • Administer systems to reduce loss, maintain inventory control, and increase safety.
  • Inspire and motivate employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.
  • Schedule tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace, including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms and public spaces.
  • Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Handle complaints and resolve problems respectfully.
  • Oversee money handling and ensure accountability for cash registers.
  • Monitor the timely arrival of scheduled employees and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ensure great customer service at all levels and manage customer discounts, returns, and exchanges.
  • Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand their roles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in the hospitality or customer service sector.
  • Excellence in management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and make contingency plans.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and approachability.
  • Proven experience as a manager or in a relevant role.
