The Operations Manager (OM) at Ulta Beauty is responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve top-line sales growth while embodying the company's mission, vision, and values. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to support store operations.
• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to sales and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Leverage store forecasts and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals.
• Review and analyze financial and operational reporting to drive improvements.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent for the store.
• Support professional development through training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for the store.
• Manage inventory control processes and protect company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Experience in financial management and driving top-line sales.
• Proven ability in retail management and achieving operational excellence.
• Experience in leadership management, including developing and motivating talent.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Microsoft Office.
