About the position

The Operations Manager at Cirkul, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-speed manufacturing facility. This role is essential for ensuring efficient production processes, optimizing workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Operations Manager will lead a team of production managers, supervisors, and operators, collaborating across departments to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production targets are met.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
• Assume responsibility for the overall performance of the manufacturing operations.
• Lead issue resolution and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in other departments to develop and execute objectives.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability in all operations.
• Ensure that production processes align with customer specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to implement operational strategy using continuous improvement principles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a department to consistently exceed operational objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
