About the position

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing safety policies, quality control, logistics coordination, operational efficiency, and customer support at the Houston location. This role involves managing field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining effective communication with company leadership to address operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of field operations and coordinate logistics for company vehicles and equipment daily.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities.
• Ensure project work is carried out according to the assigned schedule.
• Communicate with company leadership to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Inspect and monitor work areas, tools, equipment, and employee safety to prevent unsafe conditions or violations.
• Requisition materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
• Participate in the Company Safety Culture, including training and planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-rise setting, such as swing stage or rope access.
• Leadership experience.
• Operating knowledge of computer systems and smartphones.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
