About the position

The Operations Manager at Golden Paws Pet Resort & Spa is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery within the facility. This role involves analyzing data to improve processes, ensuring high-quality experiences for pets and their owners, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery.
• Analyze operational data to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and standardize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.
• Monitor KPI's and provide regular reports to the General Manager, highlighting areas for improvement and progress on operational goals.
• Work closely with the management team and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing training programs focused on operational efficiency, ensuring staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain operations to support service delivery.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of pet care and customer service are consistently met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with operations management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
