About the position

The Operations Manager at Areme INC is responsible for overseeing and supervising three crews involved in concrete coatings installation. This role requires a motivated individual with extensive experience in concrete preparation and installation, as well as strong leadership skills. The Operations Manager will ensure quality work, respond to customer requests, and manage scheduling and repairs, contributing to the company's commitment to world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct three crews during daily operations.
• Train crew members on-site and ensure quality work is executed.
• Respond to customer requests and schedule or conduct repairs.
• Manage concrete preparation using grinding equipment and chemicals.
• Oversee larger jobs and be in charge of the crew for the entire day.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in concrete coatings installation.
• Expertise in concrete coatings installation and floor preparation.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
