About the position

The Operations Manager at Helios Commercial Service Partners is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing service requests, and ensuring high-quality customer service. This role involves collaborating with the general manager to implement strategies effectively in the field, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processes and manage inbound requests for services.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure quality assurance.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Procurement, and Technicians for work order completion.
• Collaborate with Lead Technicians to manage the on-call schedule.
• Conduct weekly team meetings covering updates and safety topics.
• Interview and hire Technicians and other operations roles.
• Mentor and coach teams to uphold company standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field experience in HVAC and Refrigeration services.
• Previous experience in service management roles.
• EPA 608 certification to work on refrigerant.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with basic skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to lead team meetings and manage teams effectively.
• In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration services.
