Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery across multiple service locations.
• Leverage experience in territory expansion to drive sales growth.
• Oversee sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff across different locations, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
• Control budgets, manage financial performance, and ensure profitable operations while maintaining service quality.
• Work with pest control experts to ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Focus on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, including significant experience in territory expansion and sales strategy execution within any industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple locations, understanding the nuances of different market areas.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performance teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
