Responsibilities

• Develop detailed operational plans and execute strategies to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices.
• Participate in developing and coordinating operational and strategic activities for the administration.
• Provide leadership and oversight in planning, developing, and managing departmental programs and initiatives.
• Plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, assign, monitor, and review activities of direct reports to meet goals.
• Manage leave requests for direct reports and determine approval based on agency needs.
• Provide training and administer corrective and disciplinary actions for personnel matters.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify goals, priorities, and performance standards.
• Direct and formulate long-range objectives to meet agency KPIs and solve complex problems.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve policies and procedures guiding operations.
• Evaluate and assess administrative operations to ensure compliance with service level agreements.

Requirements

• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression.
