Responsibilities

• Monitor profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring team members and promoting professional development.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
• Strong skills in supervising teams, project management, strategic planning, profit loss analysis, leadership, process improvement, business development, and sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
