Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through territory expansion and oversee sales activities.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff across different locations.
• Ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Control budgets and manage financial performance.
• Ensure profitable operations while maintaining service quality.
• Work with pest control experts to ensure operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Robust background in operations management, including significant experience in territory expansion and sales strategy execution.
• Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple locations with an understanding of market area nuances.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performance teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
