About the position

The Operations Manager at General RV Center is responsible for overseeing the entire facility and ensuring smooth operations across various departments, including Service, Parts, and Sales. This role focuses on problem-solving, maintaining strong customer relations, and driving results to meet organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also be involved in staffing, inventory management, and reporting, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee entire facility and maintenance operations.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Work with Service, Parts, and Sales Managers to interview and staff departments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with customers and management.
  • Identify and provide solutions for customer issues.
  • Ensure all departments are running smoothly and collaboratively.
  • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

Requirements

  • Prior retail management experience is required.
