About the position

The Operations Manager will oversee and enhance operational processes within the organization, ensuring effective leadership and stewardship. This role involves promoting company culture, maintaining facilities, managing human resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for helping others, with responsibilities spanning across facilities management, HR, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective and inspiring leadership for the organization.
  • Promote the facility mission, vision, and values to staff and clients.
  • Oversee physical plant and equipment maintenance and operations.
  • Supervise and assist the work of the facilities department staff.
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections and maintain accurate inventory of supplies.
  • Oversee the hiring process and maintain personnel records.
  • Conduct training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Prepare government reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with billing and customer service inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management preferred.
  • Five years of experience in Facilities/Business Management.
  • Two years of leadership experience.
