About The Position
The Operations Manager at Buckle Brands is responsible for ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while overseeing various operational tasks assigned by store management. This role includes managing promotions, inventory, and guest services, as well as leading onboarding activities and maintaining store standards. The Operations Manager may also take on additional roles such as Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser based on business needs.
