The Operations Manager at Paul Davis Restoration of Central Florida is responsible for leading a team that provides restoration and mitigation services to clients affected by disasters. This role emphasizes customer service, effective team coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Operations Manager will also be involved in training team members and fostering a positive work environment, all while upholding the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individuals providing restoration and mitigation services.
• Ensure performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning services.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and manage inventory of supplies.
• Maintain relationships with adjusters and provide updates as needed.
• Supervise emergency fire/smoke services and mold remediation efforts.
• Conduct team huddles to prepare crews for daily tasks.
• Meet clients and adjusters on-site to assist with issue resolution.
• Train and supervise emergency services technicians and assistant technicians.
• Re-inspect job sites for quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and be accessible for emergency situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 4 years of experience in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
• Knowledge of Xactimate (preferred)
• Training in Symbility (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
