About the position

The Operations Manager at CVS Health is a key member of the Store Management team, responsible for driving store execution and performance while enhancing customer loyalty through excellent service. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing the strategic operations of a CVS/pharmacy store, ensuring a productive and engaged team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage store crew effectively.
  • Supervise, assign, and direct activities of the store's crew.
  • Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
  • Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.

Requirements

  • Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
  • Advanced communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Supervisory and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
