About the position

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the organization's goals. This role involves developing and implementing operational policies, managing costs, and fostering relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and provide direction to the operations team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate operational performance and interpret data and metrics.
  • Aid HR department in recruiting when necessary and assist in employee training and development.
  • Foster positive relations with all company stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Collaboratively work with other executives and team members to achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or similar role.
  • Proficiency in various project management and operational software.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in budget development and oversight.
