About the position

The Operations Manager will lead the operations from the Rockport, TX office of a family-owned pest control business with over 30 years of service excellence. This role is crucial for managing existing operations while driving strategic growth initiatives in both residential and commercial pest control services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery across multiple service locations.
• Leverage experience in territory expansion to drive sales growth, oversee sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and maintain existing client relationships.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff across different locations, ensuring team alignment with company goals.
• Control budgets, manage financial performance, and ensure profitable operations while maintaining service quality.
• Work with pest control experts to ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Focus on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Must have a robust background in operations management, including significant experience in territory expansion and sales strategy execution within any industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple locations, understanding the nuances of different market areas.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performance teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
