About The Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily activities within the organization's operations function, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This role involves managing production, safety, maintenance, quality, staffing, and employee relations, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. The Operations Manager develops and implements strategies to help the business meet its critical goals and objectives efficiently, approves resource allocation based on business priorities, and evaluates changes to policies or procedures.
