About the position

The Operations Manager at Alutiiq Diversified Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing multiple locations nationwide, ensuring quality service delivery, staffing, and compliance with training requirements. This remote position requires coordination with the Program Manager on operational matters, including employee discipline and corrective actions, while managing security functions at Airbus facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate staffing levels at all facilities under their control
• Ensure Quality of Service provided exceeds contract requirements
• Coordinate with the Training Manager to ensure all employees maintain certifications and training
• Manage the process of Visitor Requests including background vetting
• Manage Users and Groups within the Security System
• Manage the Manufacturing and Issuance of site identification and access badges
• Manage the access control process using an Electronic Security System
• Manage the registration and Issuance of vehicle passes
• Manage the Manufacturing and Issuance of Photography Permits
• Manage the Electronic filing system of visitors and personnel
• Manage Networking components including PoE switching and IP cameras

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law enforcement, security management, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement or security support services may substitute for educational requirements
• Excellent working knowledge of access control systems and protection criteria for sensitive materials
• Ability to supervise subordinates effectively and professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
• Demonstrated effective leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in labor relations, logistics, and communications
• Excellent analytical, oral, verbal, and writing skills
