About The Position

The Operations Manager at Powerclean Inc is responsible for providing organization, planning, and leadership for a team of 25-45 employees in an industrial cleaning environment, including Steel Mills, Refineries, and Chemical Plants. This role involves directing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with EHS policies, and supporting staff development to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in Water Blasting, Ice Blasting, and Vacuum Trucks is a must.
  • 3 years of diverse professional and managerial experience, including management leadership and strategic planning.
  • Ability to seek out new customer bases and develop business strategies for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and direction for all team members.
  • Directs, implements, and maintains operational strategies and objectives.
  • Develops operational plans to support company objectives and monitors performance against these plans.
  • Ensures that goals are met and provides leadership and support to staff for skill development.
  • Supports all EHS policies and procedures.
