About the position

Saia is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and inspire a team while overseeing the activities of terminal employees. The role focuses on ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality service to customers, while also addressing customer complaints and enhancing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints and resolve problems.
• Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel.
• Enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
• Review and analyze expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of LTL terminal operations supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of AS400.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
