About the position

The Operations & Marketing Coordinator will manage daily operations while leading marketing initiatives to attract new patients. This role combines strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and marketing creativity, requiring a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment. The focus will be on building processes, enhancing patient experiences, and driving patient acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and scheduling of patient service appointments.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and optimize operational processes to support business growth.
• Monitor and manage resource allocation, staffing needs, and scheduling to ensure optimal patient care.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to recruit new patients, focusing on digital, print, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.
• Design and implement patient education campaigns to raise awareness about OneAlphaCare's services.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize reach and patient acquisition.
• Attend community events, health fairs, and other opportunities to engage with potential patients and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or marketing roles.
• Proven experience in managing and improving operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies, including digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
