The Operations Process Coordinator position at Off Duty Management is focused on developing comprehensive documentation that adheres to organizational standards of clarity, consistency, and uniformity. The role requires a deep understanding of existing company processes and the ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging content tailored to the target audience. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Process Coordinator to understand project requirements and outline, write, and revise content.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge base of company-wide and departmental resources.
  • Survey target audiences to identify necessary components of affiliated documentation, including pertinent verbiage.
  • Maintain information architecture that adheres to organizational and branding standards.
  • Maintain and update content to ensure accurate information and resources are always available.
  • Create all documentation to ensure the content and structure aid in the ability of the end user to provide superior customer service.

Requirements

  • Completed preliminary assessment documentation and WPM test certificate.
  • Proven work experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Ability to master training and fully understand the scope of each unique department.
  • Familiarity with the company's utilization of software such as Five9 and HubSpot.
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPoint, and the ability to navigate a Windows-based environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to team members at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced working knowledge of standard Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred.
  • Experience in technical writing and technical documentation is preferred.
