About the position

The position involves leading supply chain product lifecycle activities in collaboration with Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams. The role focuses on managing critical programs, enhancing Oracle's competitive advantage, and driving efficiency through strategic projects and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Product Lifecycle activities including Bill of Material (BOM) management, New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, material transitions, and End of Life (EOL) management.
  • Manages multiple, concurrent complex programs under pressure associated with mission-critical programs.
  • Delivers succinct, impactful, and professional communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Builds reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers.
  • Anticipates customer needs and applies best practices and creative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities for new or improved products, processes, or systems.
  • Inspires others by leading by example and modeling positive values, inclusive behaviors, and work practices.
  • Makes tactical decisions willingly, even when facing uncertainty, to cope with complexity.
  • Understands metrics/key performance indicators required to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain management and product lifecycle activities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in strategic project management and improvement initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
