About the position

The Business Analyst position focuses on analyzing financial data and preparing recommendations for presentation to CXO level executives. The role requires strong financial analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, along with experience in order-to-cash (I2C) and order-to-revenue (OTR) processes. The analyst will support the development and maintenance of SaaS Digital Thread solutions and enhance global processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of orders through the Digital Thread, including regional quoting, order management, fulfillment, and billing support.
• Support the development and maintenance of the SaaS Digital Thread for Digital SaaS product solutions.
• Assist in the development and documentation of new processes and region/product-specific tasks, including work instructions and training materials.
• Promote the adoption of enhanced processes and tools for global solutions.
• Utilize critical thinking and interpersonal skills to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Coordinate with colleagues across various global time zones.

Requirements

• Basic experience in Sales & Digital Sales Transformation.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant job family groups or functions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with tools/applications like Apttus, Salesworkbench, Siebel, Servicemax, and Oracle.
