About the position

The Operations Project Manager will oversee and manage operations related to key strategic accounts and customers, ensuring high-quality execution and smooth operations. This role involves participating in internal review meetings, providing operational status updates to customers, and leading teams to achieve business goals. The manager will also be responsible for developing dashboards to measure business health and assist with planning, reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer operations related to assigned key strategic accounts/customers.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data.
  • Lead teams to achieve business goals and manage the development and execution of operational procedures.
  • Develop and monitor dashboards to measure business health.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and handle employee discipline and termination as needed.
  • Stay in close communication with assigned accounts and act as a liaison between customers and functional departments.
  • Conduct and lead operation reviews internally and externally.
  • Work directly with clients to update program status and ensure operation targets are met.
  • Proactively coach team to manage and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage policy deployment in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Create customer-required reports utilizing system data.
  • Manage regular reviews of program milestones and KPI measurements.
  • Ensure alignment with senior management and cross-functional groups through effective communication.

Requirements

  • 1 year of project management experience (required).
  • Experience in computer manufacturing (preferred).
  • Ability to relocate to Grapevine, TX before starting work (required).
