The Operations Project Manager will also partner with the Technology team to support and execute technology implementations, ensuring smooth integration and efficient user adoption. The position involves identifying, analyzing, and optimizing existing operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs. The Operations Project Manager will implement process changes that lead to measurable improvements in quality, speed, and overall operational effectiveness. Additionally, the role requires collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Supporting change management activities in partnership with Change Management is also a key responsibility, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies while achieving high levels of engagement and minimizing resistance to change.
