About the position

We are in search of an Operations Quality Analyst II to join our team located in Dublin, California, but this role will be remote. As part of our team, you will play an instrumental role in supporting key portfolio operations, analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and improving operational metrics. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will support key portfolio activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, accurately analyze and interpret data to aid in decision-making, and engage with a diverse community to ensure compliance and educate as necessary. Additionally, you will implement operational improvements based on data analysis and business needs, develop and manage ongoing metrics and reporting to monitor operational performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and successful outcomes. Your role will also involve utilizing Microsoft Excel and SQL skills to manage and analyze data, maintaining high organizational standards and attention to detail in all work, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously with a positive, action-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality analysis, preferably in an operations setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience in using 'About Time' software is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in metric reporting and analyzing trends.
• Strong organizational skills for managing various tasks and timelines.
• Knowledge of QA management and ensuring compliance in operations.
• Experience in creating end-to-end operational reports.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to understand and implement interaction flows.
• Experience in video-based communication and analysis.
• Familiarity with NIS software is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
