About the position

The Operations Rail Automation Intern position at Siemens Mobility offers a 10-12 week internship designed for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in the rail industry. Interns will work closely with manufacturing and operations teams, utilizing SAP to manage parts information and contribute to various operational tasks. Responsibilities

• Using SAP to determine parts that need information
• Working with team members to gain information
• Using SAP to enter information
• Working on the shop floor

Requirements

• Current sophomore or junior undergraduates pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited college or university majoring in Engineering or Business
• Strong technical or analytical aptitude
• Availability for 40 hours per week from June to August
• Legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills
• Industry knowledge and/or interest

• Prior internship or co-op experience
