The City of Eugene's Employee Resource Center (ERC) is seeking an Operations Recruitment Coordinator who is enthusiastic about making a difference in the community and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment. This role is pivotal in guiding candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and fostering strong partnerships across various departments and divisions within the City of Eugene. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening best practices in recruitment, developing and maintaining both internal and external partnerships, and enhancing customer experiences while adhering to compliance with fair hiring and selection processes. As part of the ERC team, the Operations Recruitment Coordinator will engage in a variety of tasks that include assisting with the administration of workers' compensation, liability, property, unemployment, and recovery claims. The role requires analyzing claims data and implementing enterprise risk management strategies, promoting customer trust by maintaining confidentiality, and drafting and updating processes for improved Total Worker Health (TWH) and wellbeing. The coordinator will also administer the Safety Incident Reporting system workflows and provide administrative support to the Enterprise Risk Management team, which includes payment processing and insurance renewals.
