Responsibilities

• Design and execute studies in accordance with program goals and senior guidance.
• Prepare internal and external communications, including notes and after-action summaries.
• Review analysis results of other analysts for consistency across modeling efforts.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and systems through operational research methods.
• Provide work leadership for lower-level employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3 years of related experience in operations research, data analysis, and mathematical modeling.
• Experience with military operations and concepts of operations.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis.
