The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-5 analysts to perform modeling and simulation for the US Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physical Science, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience in Operations Research, Modeling & Simulation, and/or Model-Based Systems Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital models of complex real-world systems using both commercial and proprietary software tools. They will design, build, and execute constructive simulations while applying best practices in the design of experiments. Additionally, the candidate will analyze and synthesize large data sets using various analytic frameworks and statistical methods. The role also involves supporting the preparation of deliverables, including presentations and written reports, to effectively communicate analysis-based findings and recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders. The candidate will need to balance tasks across multiple projects concurrently and regularly communicate progress or challenges to task leads. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, as a short technical presentation will be part of the interview process. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and favorable DoD Special Access Program (SAP) adjudication is required for this position.
