About the position

The Operations Research Analyst at Fortune Electric Co., Ltd. will work under the supervision of the General Manager to conduct comprehensive analyses of business operations and management challenges. This role involves defining and analyzing problems within the organization and preparing proposals for changes or modifications to current systems. The analyst will study economic and marketing information to select plans that maximize profitability and operational efficiencies. Additionally, the position requires the preparation of detailed reports for management that clearly define identified problems and suggest actionable solutions based on thorough analysis. The analyst will be responsible for developing both technical and non-technical solutions to meet business needs and adapt to changes. This includes gathering, compiling, and reviewing relevant information and data, as well as examining and evaluating existing systems and procedures. A critical aspect of the role is researching the impact of changing regulations and corporate policies on the company's operations, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and efficient. The analyst will also prepare preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams, clients, and management, providing recommendations for action steps based on the results of their analyses. Reports must be prepared in accordance with the analytical findings, ensuring clarity and precision in communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis or operations research.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
