About the position

The Operations Research Analyst Level I position at Axient involves providing analytic decision support to senior Air Force leaders. The role focuses on strategy development, operational concept development, and conducting various analyses to support the strategic planning and programming processes of the Air Force. The analyst will utilize mathematical modeling and data analysis techniques to assist in decision-making and policy formulation.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with decision making.
• Collect and analyze data to develop decision support software, services, or products.
• Develop optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations research or a technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in operations research, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
