LinQuest is seeking an Operations Research Analyst (ORSA) to join our team in the Dayton, OH area. This position requires an active Secret clearance, with a preference for candidates who also possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. The ideal candidate will be skilled in breaking down complex problems into manageable elements and identifying potential solutions for each. The Operations Research Analyst will work closely with small teams of analysts to conduct analytic efforts for the Department of Defense (DoD). It is essential to understand customer requirements, adjust analytical efforts accordingly, and effectively communicate the results of these analyses. This role is critical in supporting defense and intelligence missions through advanced digital solutions and the development, integration, and operation of mission control systems.
