As a Business Process Analyst Advisor with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), you will play a crucial role in transforming technology into opportunity, particularly in support of the US Navy Training. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving operational efficiency and enhancing the systems that matter most. You will be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to the development and implementation of business information processing systems that are vital for the agency's operations. Your expertise will help ensure that today is safe and tomorrow is smarter, as you work collaboratively with both business and technology teams. In this role, you will analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop effective solutions. You will serve as a lead analyst, providing your expertise in continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, and change management projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining the scope and objectives of various projects. You will also be tasked with identifying and eliminating duplication, exploring outsourcing opportunities, and streamlining business improvement processes. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you utilize quantitative analysis methodologies to perform data, cost, and benefit analyses, as well as process measurement analysis. You will research industry trends to apply best practices in process improvement and partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives. Additionally, you may be responsible for resolving complex problems escalated by lower-level consultants and developing departmental policies and procedures.
