About the position

As an Operations Research Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations research or a related analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software, such as MATLAB, R, or Python.
  • Experience with simulation and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • PhD in Operations Research or a related field.
  • Experience working with government clients in the national security sector.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in operations research.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
