About The Position
The Operations Research Analyst at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) will play a crucial role in supporting the Army Acquisition Product Manager's Cost Analyst Team. This position involves preparing Life Cycle Cost Estimates and cost models to determine total program costs, as well as providing inputs for Independent Government Cost Estimates and Proposal Evaluations. The analyst will be responsible for articulating and defending cost models and estimates, and will work closely with mid and senior staff personnel to ensure effective communication and understanding of financial analyses.
