About the position

The Operations/Research Analyst at ManTech will support the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort at Hill Air Force Base, UT. This role involves managing and directing analyses of management problems, performing cost analyses, and formulating scientific solutions. The analyst will oversee project planning, resource management, and ensure project results meet technical quality and cost requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing and directing the analyses of management problems.
• Performing cost analyses and modeling.
• Providing information requirements and formulating scientific solutions as directed.
• Planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Leading or coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
• Ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
• Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
• Interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending best practices.
• Solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
• Working independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• Communicating complex concepts and influencing others to adopt different points of view.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience leading or coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, and progress reporting.

Nice-to-haves
