The Operations Research Analyst at Edera L3C will play a crucial role in providing financial support to project managers and department managers. The analyst will be responsible for cost accounting, analysis, and control for active projects, which includes developing project budgets and monitoring expenditures closely. In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Research Analyst will participate in monthly meetings where they will present financial reports to stakeholders. The analyst will also contribute to enhancing current controlling instruments, which involves evaluating existing processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in financial management. Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to project managers and department managers.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to identify potential risks or opportunities for cost optimization.
• Participate in monthly meetings and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Contribute to enhancing current controlling instruments.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 36 months of experience in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, Sales, Procurement Specialist or Manager.
• One (1) year of experience using management software such as Compass Change Navigator or Salesforce or similar.
• One (1) year of experience with reporting data visualization platforms or intelligent business applications such as Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools (e.g. Finance, Operations) or similar.
• Knowledge of accounting theory, principles, and practices and their application to a wide variety of accounting transactions.
