About the position

The position involves formulating and applying mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. The role may require collecting and analyzing data and developing decision support software, services, or products. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and supplying optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. The job also entails documenting and explaining organizational structures, processes, data flows, systems, and services, as well as matching information technology systems with business processes. Support for Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Portfolio Management is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with decision-making.
• Collect and analyze data to develop decision support software, services, or products.
• Develop optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
• Document and explain organizational structures, processes, data flows, systems, and services.
• Match information technology systems with business processes.
• Support Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Portfolio Management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience directly related to the responsibilities of this role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience initiating, supervising, and developing requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
• An active DOD TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.

Nice-to-haves

• 8 years of experience with DoDAF Architecture and CAMEO.
