About the position

The Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) position at Scientific Research Corporation involves supporting Test & Evaluation activities for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project. The role focuses on developing, testing, and evaluating operating instructions and data architecture, ensuring effective project management and execution in accordance with established guidelines. The ORSA will collaborate with a diverse team of subject matter experts to analyze data and provide insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ORSA for the DTLP Agile Reaction Test project.
• Plan, develop, and execute test projects including test design and data management.
• Assist in the development of the Project Plan and Detailed Test Plan.
• Conduct data collection, management, and analysis for test reports.
• Lead test analysis and evaluations, supporting final briefings to senior leadership.
• Provide input to the project's work breakdown structure and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience as an ORSA supporting Test & Evaluation activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in hard science, mathematics, or statistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and DOT&E test and analysis tools.
• Current TS/SCI clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree.
• ORSA Certification.
• Previous JT&E ORSA experience.
• Experience using SPSS and JMPS.
• CCMD Staff experience, preferably USINDOPACOM.
• Experience in logistics planning in the Joint Planning Process.
