About the position

The Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) will support the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project, focusing on developing, testing, and evaluating operating instructions and data architecture. This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing test projects while collaborating with a diverse team of experts to ensure effective logistics planning and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ORSA for the DTLP ART project, developing and evaluating operating instructions.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, development, and execution of test projects.
• Conduct data collection, management, and analysis for test reports and briefings.
• Provide input to the project's work breakdown structure and deliverables.
• Utilize DOT&E test methods and supporting analysis software tools for test design and evaluation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience as an ORSA supporting Test & Evaluation activities.
• Bachelor's Degree in hard science, mathematics, or statistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and DOT&E test tools.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance.

• Experience with SPSS and JMPS
• CCMD Staff experience, preferably USINDOPACOM.
