The role also includes developing preliminary project/service agreement fulfillment schedules and preparing, negotiating, and reviewing agreement/project scopes. Customer retention is a key focus, with responsibilities including the renewal of customer service agreements, quoting repairs, retrofits, replacements, and scheduling routine customer visits. The manager will present and review proposals and contracts with all buying influences, negotiating the scope of agreements and projects. Additionally, they will prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness to the operations team. The role requires conducting cold calls on new and existing accounts related to new construction and remodels for supermarket refrigeration, assisting in the development of these projects, and coordinating fulfillment activities with various stakeholders.
