Responsibilities

  • Assist the Enterprise Sales Manager in driving market share expansion and profitability.
  • Develop and inspire a customer-focused sales team.
  • Optimize performance of sales efforts, including business development of parts, mobile, and service sales.
  • Ensure team members conduct themselves with integrity in alignment with company values.
  • Manage relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and vendors to create positive experiences.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality associates in partnership with Human Resources.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Training to develop staff and support training initiatives.
  • Stay updated on regional and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Arcadium CRM.
