The Operations Sales Manager will assist the Enterprise Sales Manager in being the driving force behind market share expansion and enhanced profitability. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, grow, and inspire a customer-focused team and optimize performance of sales, including but not limited to business development of parts, mobile and service sales efforts throughout the region. Specific areas of concentration include accountability for the adoption of Arcadium CRM, time management preparedness, and extensive travel (fifty percent) throughout the territory. This role requires a commitment to ensuring all team members conduct themselves with integrity in alignment with company values, executing company initiatives to better serve and support customers, and creating an environment where employees, customers, and suppliers feel they are part of a family. The Operations Sales Manager will partner with Human Resources to recruit, develop, and retain world-class associates capable of delivering exceptional experiences for customers while focusing on company objectives. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for evaluating opportunities to grow market share through geographic and product application strategies, making solid business decisions with transparency of results, and collaborating with key team members to achieve mutual goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Enterprise Sales Manager in market share expansion and profitability enhancement.
  • Develop, grow, and inspire a customer-focused sales team.
  • Optimize performance of sales including business development of parts, mobile, and service sales efforts.
  • Ensure team members conduct themselves with integrity in alignment with company values.
  • Execute company initiatives to better serve and support customers.
  • Create a positive environment for employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, develop, and retain associates.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Training to develop staff and support training initiatives.
  • Evaluate opportunities to grow market share through geographic and product application strategies.
  • Accountable for performance and sales output across various service areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of management experience is required.
  • Ability to negotiate and communicate with various customers internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, focused on follow-through and closing deals.
  • Intermediate computer skills, CRM software experience required.
  • Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
